I have had a very bad experience with this company. Different cleaners and no consistency. I then heard that police were involved with one (Jade) who left suddenly which was very worrying considering you are trusting these people in your home. After a couple of inferior cleans i cancelled my contract. I sent photographs of the numerous areas that were still dirty but was simply ignored. I then got threats of legal action rather than an offer to rectify the problems….in the process breaking consumer law. Avoid this company at all costs. As I post this Terry is threatening to take me to court rather than either rectify the problems or come to an agreed discounted price with me. All of which is against the law. More...
