I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Glenn and Lyndsay from TBK for the absolutely amazing work they did for me during a recent house purchase. I have worked with them before and my reason for returning was simply that the service was so expert and professional last time. This purchase was more involved and I relied heavily on both Lyndsay and Glenn to find me the perfect bridging product, to guide me through the application process, answer patiently the questions I had and then diligently and systematically manage the process through to completion. They worked closely not only with me, but also the estate agent, lender and solicitors. There were (as you would expect) some problems along the way, but at every turn I was confident that Glenn and Lyndsay would have the answers….and they always did…. and more. They were the voice of reason, and experience, and I really cannot thank them enough for the work they did for me. I won’t hesitate to use them for any future projects, and I have recommended them to many of my friends. It is not often that the service received exceeds expectations, but in the case of The Brokerage Kent (TBK) this is very much the case. I am thrilled with the service I have received from start to finish, both Glenn and Lyndsay are experts at what they do and they are very passionate about it.
