Tom has turned exercise into something I want to do😊
He pushes you to do your best but never without a smile so that alone makes you want to give your all, it’s great fun with an incredible group of people all working together with lots of encouragement,
Tom is a great guy and absolutely loves what he does which in turn shows as his sessions are so popular
So much support and guidance is offered he is an amazing personal trainer💪🏽😊

I’ve been training with Tom for 12 weeks now, prior to which I had struggled to maintain my fitness. Tom has had such a positive impact, delivering training in a fun but challenging way and keeping me focused on my goals. After 12 weeks, I’ve lost two stone (28 pounds) and my body fat percentage has dropped by a third. Under more normal times, the training being delivered at home was a big win and removed many of the barriers I’d struggled with before. Finally decided to get back into my fitness as I’ve really dropped off in lockdown. I’m so glad I chose Tom.
