Tracey did a deep clean in every room of our property in preparation for sale. The property is currently unoccupied and we do not live in the area. Tracey was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to get a copy of the key from the estate agent, visit the property and then arrange for a new key to be cut. She was highly proactive in suggesting ideas to show the property at its best and the deep clean really transformed the property. Tracey also arranged for a plumber to fix a tap and is keeping the property tidy with weekly visits. Communications have also been excellent and done in a friendly and courteous manner. I didn't really believe that my old cottage could benefit from a "deep clean" but Tracey and her enthusiastic company proved me wrong! Everything was tackled, from the long-term stains on the kitchen diner to the mould in the shower -- and the greasy oven is like new. All the 'normal' cleaning left the place sparkling and has inspired me to keep it that way. I employed Tracey approximately one year ago to clean and prepare my static caravan for guests, as she was recommended by another caravan owner. As I live three hours away from the caravan, it's not easy for me to go to check all is well, so it's important to be able rely upon and trust my cleaner to do a good job. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for almost 2 years, providing cleaning services for both domestic and commercial customers.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all cleaning products and supply equipment for deep cleans. For domestic cleaning we generally use customers vacuum cleaner, however we can provide this if you do not have one.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting lots of different people and seeing the difference we make, particularly helping people to enjoy their free time / family time without worrying about having to clean the house :-)

Tracey Taylor started Taylor Made Cleaning Services after a family member found it extremely difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service for their Airbnb business. Taylor Made Cleaning Services now service this Airbnb business and other holiday let's with consistent 5 star review ratings for cleaning. We also provide domestic cleaning services for our customers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff wear face coverings. We provide enhanced cleaning services for all of our customers, ensuring regularly used areas and touch points are disinfected. All staff ensure fresh cleaning cloths are used for each customer to minimize cross contamination.
