Took our 5 year old son along for his 1st taster session along with his cousin and they both absolutely loved it. Amazing group of people and everyone was so welcoming and encouraging them alone. Highly recommended

Can't recommend this highly enough. My eldest son (now 13) first joined this group over 3 years ago and has not only developed an amazing level of fitness and stamina but has also had the additional skills of discipline and perseverance taught as part of these classes. He has also gained the confidence to compete nationally. A year later both my husband and younger son decided to join and all 3 find the classes enjoyable. I love the fact that this class is designed to engage both young and the not so young. The classes are mixed ages and levels but this does not stop learning or hold anyone back but encourages everyone to develop at their own pace. There are a lot of friendly faces and a good support network. The instructor is great and the reason this club works as well as it does. Definitely a way to keep both body and mind active. More...
