My mother has been using Sylvian care, since she came out of hospital following a stroke in July 2017, she/we find all the carers, and other staff, are all very helpful, and cheerful and understanding of her needs, they work to a very high standard and although on a understandable busy timetable, they find the time to chat and not rush things, which makes things run much easier, at what at some times can be a very stressful situation.

We have been using this company for the last 3 months for my dad. We have 2 excellent carers Nicky & John who work together. We have been so impressed with these 2 carers, their commitment is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them, always very cheerful and have looked after my father extremely well. How long have you been in business?
15 Years in the care sector, over the last few years the business has grown to over 43 office across the UK.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we Provided PPE and uniforms to all our staff, they also receive training on how to don on and don off correctly.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making a difference to peoples lives who we visit.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were inspired by watching companies doing it wrong and not providing a high standard of care, perople were being treated as a time slot rather than a person.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensuring that our staff had ample PPE available to them, they received training around Covid19, we ensured that our clients recieved the same care works where possible to lower the risk of any cross contamination.
