Thank you! Even if short, our collaboration has been lovely. We hope to hear from you soon!
What do you love most about your job?
As a SylvianCare Franchisee our goal will be to provide suitable care and support for vulnerable adults within our local community. Our clients are likely to have a wide range of reasons for needing care ranging from lack of mobility through to Dementia. As a Domiciliary Care business we provide all of our services in the clients’ own homes thus allowing them to maintain a level of independence which is important to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When starting our company, we received the opportunity to own a business that plays a vital role within the community in which we operate and one which can bring us both moral and financial rewards.
The increase in the requirement for Domiciliary Care represents an outstanding opportunity to start a business that not only fulfils a growing social need but one where us, as business owners, can be proud of the service that we are offering.
Why should our clients choose you?
We firmly believe that everyone should have the option to stay at home, no matter what their health condition or lifestyle needs. By working with your circle of support, including other professionals, such as your GP, district nurse, physiotherapist or occupational therapist, we will enable the right package of support to be put in place.
What’s more with a such an extensive team, we can support you in an emergency, sometimes within as little as 24 hours of your first call.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
For the convenience of service users, we can schedule pre-assessments online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We make sure protective equipment is used at all times when in contact with our service users, we respect the social distance, we are being tested regularly and we encourage our staff members to get their vaccines done, to protect themselves and the people they care about.
