Hi Ahmad , thanks for your review which actually is untrue , now first of all I submitted you a price for the works , and contacted via email several times in accordance with bark rules, and I have not been left any answerphone messages from you or missed calls, and yes yesterday I was speaking to your partner and the phone signal dropped and when I tried to call back on 2 occasions there was no reply from your phone and I couldn’t call your partner back as her number came up with held , therefore I feel this review is unfair and un accurate , as for being rude I have never once been rude to a customer in anyway since I began trading in 2007 , With over a million happy customers since I began trading and therefore feel this is untrue , I even replied to your email stating I had no availability this week as you asked if could be done Many thanks Gary
