I called Swain & Son Plumbers on Monday to fix two toilets and by Tuesday 9AM, Ricky was able to come and quote for the work within a few hours. He came back round today at 8AM to fix two toilets, a leaking sink and an attachment to my shower door. Ricky was very accommodating to work around my work commitments and all in all, a 3 day turnaround from call to job completion (due to needing to order parts in overnight). Ricky quoted a very fair price and charged me what he quoted me before coming back - a very transparent service.As other reviews. Ricky was very professional from the original phone call, during his first visit and then the second to complete the job. He worked very efficiently, accommodated my needs and cleaned up after himself.I will certainly be using Ricky and his company again. A leaking isolation valve in my bathroom which couldn't be ignored any longer resulted in my going online to search for a plumber. Swain and son are friendly efficient plumbers. Extremely reasonable prices. Came round, gave me a quote (and stuck to it), sorted the isolation valve. No call out charge either. Happy customer. So happy, in fact, that they were given a list of plumbing niggles to fix, that needed doing but I just hadn't got around to calling a plumber for eg dripping cisterns, new kitchen and bathroom taps. I cannot rate this Plumber highly enough, he came to help when our boiler went on the blink over the Christmas period, he was on holiday himself but said he could not leave us without heat or water and came over immediately to fix the problem. Where to start, I was badly let down by Aston Plumbers had taken a day off work for a repair to the down stairs toilet. Called Ricky in the late afternoon, he arrived to give me a quote which was very reasonable. On assessing the problem and my situation Ricky kindly did the job straight away. The drain on my shower became detached from the tray and I had water coming through the ceiling!A quick call to Swain & Son and Ricky was at my front door in half an hour. I'd managed to bang a nail through one of central heating pipes when trying to fix a loose floorboard one evening. I rang this company and the man was at my front door within 10 minutes. He was upfront about the costs, was polite and knew his way around the system. He had it all drained down, new section of pipe fitted and filled back up again all inside of an hour.
