Fantastic local company
I had 10 panels and batteries installed. Paul was great who explained to me the two different types of installs, he really educated us into the solar Pv world where other companies we dealt with did not.
The install was neat and tidy, the installers were polite and friendly and Chris spent the time to set up the app on my phone which shows me all the features of the system. The lady I spoke with in the office, Sherri, was fantastic and very helpful in answering all of my questions. Pleasant experience all round. Thanks you

SW3 installed a Solar Panel and Battery system at my house. From initial survey through to installation and follow up, they provided a very professional service, including providing the vital DNO and MCS Certification. The final cost was as per the original quote. A couple of minor teething issues with the system (to be fair, with the OEM's software, not SW3) were followed up very quickly by SW3 and the issues solved promptly. Before writing this review, I read many of the reviews left by others who have used SW3 Green Energy Services, and quite frankly, there is not much more I can add to what everyone else has already said. Before embarking upon my Solar Array & Storage Battery Installation adventure, I contacted 3 suppliers. One never responded; another sent me a quote using Google Earth to calculate the number of panels required – but for the house next door rather than my house; and the last, SW3, actually sent someone round (Paul Warnham) to my house almost immediately, to assess the job, advise on the options and ultimately provide a quote. Having accepted their quote, absolutely every aspect of the job went as well as it could possibly go. I received regular updates from Paul during the DNO application process; prior to installation the scaffolding went up as planned (and a great job they did too); the installation commenced promptly on the appointed day, with both Chris and Paul on site to supervise and manage the project’s commencement; all the work was carried out impeccably and was all but completed on the first day (curtailed only by heavy rain during the afternoon); the tradesmen were friendly, hard-working and tidy; and the handover pack was received electronically the day following payment of the final invoice. I chose SW3 for my solar/storage/ev charger installation as they were the most knowledgeable, responsive and flexible company that I asked to quote for me.
They were able to listen to my requirements and explain their proposal and then tailor that proposal to my preferences. Other companies have a boiler plate solution that they aren’t willing to deviate from. They responded to all my queries and updates very promptly and kept me informed of the progress towards installation. The whole process was hassle free and everyone was very friendly and professional. All wiring is very neat. I am very happy with the system installed, a few post-install tweaks needed were done very quickly. I would happily recommend SW3 based on my experience.

I highly recommend this company. I have had outstanding service from my first enquiry to installation and beyond. Do note that they have all the necessary qualifications from the regulatory and insurance bodies in this field. Therefore they are able to include all the extensive, mandatory paperwork as well as to install the entire system of solar array and should one wish it, as I did, battery. They do also offer EV charging point etc. In addition to this they are efficient, friendly, helpful and available at every step. I chose the Enphase system and am well satisfied with it. I got several quotes from Solar companies and quickly learned there are 2 types: Those that are sales focused and issue a standard package and aren't interested in explaining/tweaking it and those that understand the products they install and can offer guidance and a tailored approach. I am happy to say that SW3 are the latter kind. Chris was happy to discuss many options and help me to understand what combination of components would fit my needs. With SW3 you deal with real people who are engaged with the manufacturers and learn from their customers what works and what doesn't and that adds real value. They apply no pressure pre-sale, are informative all the way to installation and the team that installs are very considerate and tidy. After the install there were a few details that needed tweaking and they came back and addressed them all, including speaking with the manufacturers to solve a particularly tricky firmware issue. SW3 is absolutely the best company I have ever used in my life. I came in a bit blind, having been let down by a solar panel installation company, and I was nervous about using someone who was ready to go right then and there! But I read the reviews and went for it - and oh my god they were amazing. Everything from the consultation, the scaffolders, the installers - they were all so lovely! they were like earth angels. And everything happened so quickly!! Even the aftercare has been brilliant when i'm being a tekky dope. They are still there and still willing to help, which is way beyond their call of duty. I will never use any other Electrics company other than this one, ever again. I cannot recommend them more highly!! Great experience with this family run company and a very fast and efficient install, from sales to installation was less than 1 month. We had 16 panels and a 10kw battery installed. Chris and Ben were great at making sure everything was fitted perfectly. Scaffolding was also put up the day before and then collected within 48hrs after work completed.
