What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping people and making them feel better whether it be physical ailments or psychological. I say that as I have a previous client who had reflexology to help with sleeping rather than taking sleeping tablets.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a mum and wanted to work flexibly around childcare and school

I can provide distance Reiki Healing remotely either with the person on zoom on the phone or not
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a therapist I have always been conscious of cross contamination so will continue to keep high level hygiene standards. I will also wear a mask if required. I am fully vaccinated
Reflexology
A relaxing foot massage which works on your whole body. Less intrusive and good for people who may have ailments and unable to have body massage
Swedish Massage
This can either be a back, neck and shoulder massage or a full body massage. The massage will work any tension out within the muscles. Different levels of pressure can be applied depending on tightness of muscles and client preference
Aromatherapy Massage
This is a very relaxing massage. The aim of the massage is to rub the essential oils into the skin so it is very gentle compared to Swedish Massage.
Essential oils are applied to the skin via a carrier oil as they are too strong to apply directly to the skin.
Reiki Healing
Reiki Healing is energy work. Connecting with the client through the energies, calling on the healing energies to carry out what the client needs at that time. This could be a cleansing of the chakras, a release of negative energy or just a relaxing treatment
