Home health checks
(available for free whenever I am on a job at your home)
This service involves me visually checking all aspects of your home for any wear and tear or potential work needed. The check includes walls and ceilings, plumbing, appliances, windows and doors, sealant in kitchens and bathrooms, fixtures and fittings, flooring and more. I will then feed this back to you and help advise on anything that may need to be done.
Preparing your home for sale
Are you preparing to sell your home? Do you need it to look showroom ready for photos and visitors?
This service involves ensuring your garden and every room in your home is looking its very best; sorting any cracks, painting, fixtures etc as required. Get in touch for that 'show home' effect!
Airbnb/Renting check and fix

Shower/Bathroom showroom shine
Unsightly sealant and grout in your shower/bathroom? Do you want to get that 'showroom' feel back?
This service involves refreshing the grout and sealant as needed and giving your bathroom and shower a full makeover so it shines like 'new' again.
Tumble Dryer Cleaning
This service gives your tumble dryer a complete clean of the drum, filters, sensors, (heat exchanger and water reservoir for condensing dryers) and the hose and vents. A job that is recommended annually.
Tumble dryers are the 5th most likely appliance in the UK to cause a fire in your home! Lint builds up over time and without regular maintenance and cleaning can pose a real risk. It also reduces the efficiency of your drying cycle. If you find your clothes are not fully dry this could be an indication it is time for a check.
Roof window maintenance
Roof windows should be checked and maintained every 1-2 years with wooden frames being treated around every 4 years.
This service checks and cleans your window(s) inside and outside, including the air filter and lubricating fittings and hinges.
Foam seals, sealant and the condition of varnished/painted wooden frames can also be checked and quoted for.
