How long have you been in business?
I have been in the healthcare business for over 15 years having been employed and working in different healthcare sectors for most of the years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I bring my own PPE for both home care and cleaning assignments.
For home care assignments i expect the client to have the equipments they need to use e.g hoists, walking frames, stand aids, hoist and slings, electric wheelchairs etc having been assessed and approved by an occupational therapist.
For cleaning assignments it depends on the clients preference.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that my job is able to make many lovely peoples day to day lives happier, easier and puts a smile on their faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by noting what i perceived to be a shortcoming in the way that care/support was provided in various places that i worked and i wanted to do it differently and have better results.

Your clients should choose me because i do not just offer an excellent service, but by involving the client we make it bear an understanding relationship which in turn brings mutual satisfaction and longevity

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Although i have chosen not to have the covid-19 vaccinated for personal reasons, i keep my customers safe by having a LFT twice a week and wear a mask if the clients are happy for me to.I also volunteer my vaccination status so that my clients are aware before accepting my services.
PERSONAL CARE
Assisting with shower, bath, hair wash, applying cream/moisturiser, dressing and undressing, makeup,oral care, bowel care, stoma care, cathetar care,
MOVING AND HANDLING
Hoisting onto and from bed, chair, wheelchair, shower chair, bathtub, repositioning in chair, on bed. Transfering in car, seat.
Basic housekeeping
For the care packages depending on need and time agreed, we offer cooking, feeding, prompting/&assisting with medication, basic cleaning and tidying of living areas, bed making, shopping etc
Support Services
With care packages we support clients by accompanying them,for hospital appointments, hairdressers appointments, dentist appointments etc
Health and Wellbeing
With care packages we offer basic first aid, changing dressings on pressure sore in liason with district nurses, monitoring fluid charts/hydration, putting on compression socks etc
HOUSE CLEANING
For house cleaning packages depending on the number of hours services and other factors; we mop floors, hoover carpets, dust, clean sinks, toilets, bathrooms, bathtubs, dishes, windows, empty and take out bins, change beddings, make beds,
