Very slow, basic and expensive for what it covered end of tenancy clean with a long list of things they wouldn’t do. Brought her partner young daughter along to my flat while carrying out the clean (while I wasn’t there) and the finish time got put back multiple times, to the point that I couldn’t wait around any more and had to ask them to leave before it was finished. They agreed to arrange with the landlord to return to finish carpets but I ultimately paid quite a lot to pretty much have the carpets hoovered, a bit of a dust and a small bathroom cleaned. Perfectly friendly and responsive through messenger and quick to book in but based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend. More...

Such a shame as really good cleaners. Have no-show three times and was meant to show up again three days ago and still haven’t heard anything even after read messages, i’m very flexible, so even a little message to say that they can’t come.
