Surrey building contractors

Surrey Building Contractors built our single storey extension for an open plan kitchen/sitting and dining area. It involved steel beams, complicated roof structure, bifold doors , roof lanterns and velux windows.
They liaised effectively and professionally with our architect, kitchen fitter and other outside contractors. Neil and Kelly work as a brilliant team. One of the many things Kelly was responsible for was sourcing and comparing prices and rates for materials etc. She was always ahead of the game especially as the market availability and prices were changing so rapidly during our build. This meant that Neil was able to concentrate on the building project.
We were always kept informed of any issues as they arose. Problems were explained thoroughly especially when changes were needed. Both Kelly and Neil have a good eye for where things could be improved for example recommending electrically closing velux windows rather than manually operated ones!
Finally their staff and contractors were always polite and conscientous. I would definitely recommend them for any size of building project. More...

A new build project can be quite daunting task to take on. Fortunately we instructed Surrey Building Contractors as our general builder which made this project achievable . They were a very professional outfit and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Neil’s extensive building knowledge pushed the build through, resolving any complications that surfaced and answering my many questions . Kelly was at hand to offer layout suggestions, design ideas and trade supplier contacts. The tradesman were highly skilled and courteous. The finished article was better than expected. Neil and his team did my double side and single back extension. Was an easy process from the beginning to the end, and the Quality of the work was great. Would highly recommend.
