• SureCare tower hamlets & Waltham Forest is audited every quarter by head office to make sure that we meet and comply to the high standards set by CQC and SureCare.
• Due to be audited every quarter, you can be confident and safe knowing that your service users will receive a high standard and safety of care.
• You will also be confident and safe knowing that our carers are trained to the high levels that are to be expected by CQC and SureCare. We use an online portal which monitors what training has been completed by each carer and sends us prior notifications when renewal dates are approaching for refresher training.
• All service user files, documents, logging in and out of calls etc. are kept on an online platform called One Touch, a system which is used within hospitals across England. This provides clear transparency for everyone concerned as to what has happened and occurred during a call.
• We have carers available from different background, including female and male carers from Muslim Bengali speaking background.
