We are always well stocked with the best PPE to help keep you and our staff safe at all times.
Getting in and our of bed
Our care workers can support clients with getting in and out of bed safely. This is especially helpful if our client has any mobility or sight issues.
Our carers can ensure any hazards that may cause trips or falls have been removed before hand and any mobility aids are in place first.
Washing, Bathing, Showering
Our care workers are trained to protect privacy and dignity for our client. Our carers will work with our client and follow a pre-made care plan to ensure tasks such as showering and bathing are completed safely.
Getting Dressed and Undressed
Our care workers can assist with dressing. We like to work in a person centred manner and will always ask our client what they would like to wear on that day.
Nutritional Meal Preparation
Our care workers can assist with basic and nutritional meal preparation. We like to involve our client as much as possible and we will assist them to make their chosen meal safely.
Supporting with Medication
If our client cannot take their own medication safely, we may be able to assist with this. This will be dependent on the outcome of a medication risk assessment. Ask our registered care manager for more details.
Managing continence
Our care workers are trained to manage continence with an emphasis on hygiene at all times.
Live In Care
We can offer you a 24/7 hour live in care service. This is where our carer lives with our client. They are on hand around the clock to assist with our clients needs.

Dementia Friendly Care
Our care workers are trained in Dementia care. Understanding this condition is crucial in order to provide quality care.
