Meeting with a good account manager was the best thing that ever happened to me. I lost a lot to fake account managers and brokers and it was hard to trust again but when I met Mrs. Kirkland Tina I recovered everything I had lost in a week, I was just grateful and speechless. I would love to recommend her to you via Email:kirklandtina7@gmail.com WhatsApp: +1 (970)638-3982 Facebook: Kirkland Tina More...

I’m not sure about the rest of the company but Southend needs urgent attention. Care staff will: leave vulnerable people alone if they have covid, leave them sitting in poo for days, leave soiled and dirty items around, won’t give a basic wipe over dirty equipment, won’t shower clients, have an attitude to clients and do the absolute bare minimum. Staff and managers in the office need to urgently address their care staff. Not all clients have family to address this kind of behaviour so I can only imagine how many other elderly clients are suffering because of this company. More...

a 6 minute lunch call, by the southend branch is extremely unexceptable! and to reapeatly lie in a book that all ok on leaving when family have to come and finish the call because it has caused distress!

I don’t even know where to begin!! • There was no structure as to training vs shadow shifts (the latter seemed to be on an ad-hoc basis) • Mucking in out of initiative during shadowing seemed to be the status quo when if mucking in is needed it should be out of delegation (clue is in the name surely? ?), and management had the nerve to say I wasn’t showing initiative • They don’t pay for shadow shifts when surely this is a given if not a legal requirement • I got formally assessed without much warning beforehand and during that time I was expected to change a urostomy bag and know what to do just from observing alone... I thought people needed to be properly trained before undertaking this task - hospitals and care homes train in catheters et al so why is domiciliary care/nursing any different?? Avoid like the plague!!! More...
