All of our staff members go through rigorous induction training when joining the SureCare Hertfordshire team. This includes an introduction to our organisation and outlines the home care service standards we expect to deliver every time.

Our home care services fully adhere to the Health and Social Care Act and standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We monitor our care provision with regular audits and robust quality assurance systems.

We also carry out telephone surveys and visits to clients or their family members. This is so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable with the care they receive and to ensure that our service meets their individual care needs.
