Working with Jay has been an enjoyable experience from the beginning till the end. He is a skilled professional who thinks on his feet and takes pride in a job well done that is rare to find these days.
Jay has been able to turn my flat around after the previous company messed the renovation up and made a long delay. Jay came in, assessed the job and, the day after, he turned up punctually as agreed. We went shopping for materials and he started working.
Jay did the painting of doors and walls with correct preparation, replaced skirtings, beadings, retiled my bathroom, put silicone, grouting in the missing areas, and corrected the mistakes made in the fitted kitchen and kitchen tiling the other team made. He carried on other little jobs a woman herself may not be able to complete.
Jay has managed to make me love the flat again as it's a pleasure to be in it now. Jay has also stuck to the agreed deadline.
I would hire Jay again and recommend to friends and family.
