What do you love most about your job?
We love supporting our customers to have great experiences with technology, Technology is now a fundamental part of our lives and we want to ensure that experience is as seamless and hastle free. We offer support to both residential and business customers which makes us stand out in terms of the service we provide. The service is very personal and as well as the office number we offer direct lines of communication to our directors.

Yes, we have invested heavily in remote services and support. When we provide our managed IT services we use remote montoring software to identify issues before the customer becomes aware. We operate strict security controls ensuring machines can only be accessed in live sessions with a technician or with explicit consent arrangements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The majority of work is completed remotely due to heavy investments in software and monitoring capabilities. All of our staff have regular COVID-19 testing in line with government guidance. All of our staff have been fortunate enough to receive both doses of there vaccine and can evidence this to any prospective customer. If a site visit is needed or collection of a PC required staff wear PPE, carry company ID and maintain social distancing. While working on machines staff use PPE and sanitise machines before, during and after work. Payments are taken via electronic means where possible and using the latest advancements in security to maintain customer security.

We offer a variety of PC repair's including screen replacements, hard drive replacement/upgrade and power issues such as charging port/battery replacements.
Managed IT Support
We provide fully managed IT Support which offers exceptional and fast remote support to all clients. Our software automatically maintains current operating system’s productivity, anti-virus, anti-spam and anti-malware.
Infrastructure Management
We provide full management of your network and servers making sure that you have access to secure, reliable infrastructure solutions.
