Great service received, the kitchen looks like totally transformed, would recommend them to anyone.

The most unprofessional cleaning company. Showed up 4 hours late to clean stating it was the cleaners fault. No apology. House was cleaned to a poor standard. Threw away my expensive cleaning products and landlords products without permission. left dust all over the skirtings and rails and on top of cupboards. Then called me to berate me when I advised I was waiting for landlord to confirm they are happy with the cleaning considering they did such a poor job. They said it was fine that they arrived 4 hours late as there was still 1 room with furniture in the house however all the other rooms which were clear were still cleaned to a poor standard! Hi Sandra, As you can see from all other reviews your case is very exceptional! We are aware that you have left a negative review not because we didnt do aprofessional clean rather because we have demanded the outstanding balance which is coming to a month overdue because you are still waiting for the landlady to raise a complaint. We are mandated to reclean your property if you are not happy but you didnt express that to us. We are glad you comfirmed to us that your landlady hasnt contacted you to raise any complaint that means the work was professional done. We continue to offer excellent services to all our esteemed clients and remain professional at all times.

The best company ever. Very clean and organised. The house was incredibly clean. Christine is such a nice person.
I can highly recommend Sunrise Cleaning and I will definitely call them in the future.

They came, looked around. Worked put what was needed. Did not leave until the property looked gleaming. Will use again.

Price was good but they damaged the. Wooden floor and wood worktop. I guess they used products that were too strong and not adapted. My landlord didn’t remove anything from the deposit but they noticed the damages on the floor. More...

In terms of effort, I cannot fault Christine and the team she brought with her. They stayed for a total of approx 8 hours to leave the flat looking quite frankly, spotless. It was a shame to see some marks were not removed from walls as requested but it's likely that it may have ruined the paint beneath so that's not a problem.
