Carpets and Upholstery will have to be cleaned at the customer's address, however cars can be cleaned at my business address if required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask if a customer is vulnerable or asks me to and I also carry hand sanitizer in the van.
Carpet Cleaning
We use professional machinery and equipment that will bring a new lease of life to your carpet. We use solutions that are not only non-hazardous to humans, animals and the environment, but also enable us to achieve the best results for your carpets, whilst ensuring they are left in a naturalised, safe and stable state.
Where we separate ourselves from the competition is in our preparation and extraction process. I have seen with my own eyes the way not to clean a carpet, which is to do everything as quickly as possible, missing out crucial steps in the process. This quite often leads to poor results and even ruined carpets.
Pre Clean Survey
We will first go around the areas to be cleaned to inspect and perform tests to ensure we use the correct chemicals and methods. We will also check for worn and stained areas, which will be assessed and discussed to give you a realistic outcome.
Vacuuming
This is overlooked by many carpet cleaners, but is extremely important. We use a professional vacuum cleaner to bring up as much as 80% of dry soil, making for better results later in the process. We use a North to South and East to West technique to get the best result.
Pre-spray
Our next important step is to apply a pre-spray to the carpets. This is the equivalent of soaking your dishes and allows soiling and stains to rise through the pile. This is evenly applied evenly across the whole area.
Agitation
Agitation is another important step in our process which is commonly missed by others. This lifts and restores the carpet, brushing the pile multiple times, allowing the pre spray to better perform. We use a North to South, East to West motion.
Extraction
Now that your carpet has been properly prepared, the next and final stage is to extract the carpets, which is done with a powerful twin vac machine, which allows precision power. We move the cleaning wand at a controlled and steady pace for a consistent outcome.
Spot Cleaning
If at this stage there are still stained spots, we will select an appropriate cleaner and technique to best remove the stain, before rinsing the area to neutralise the carpet once more.
Finishing touches
For a professional finish, we comb the carpets to bring the fibres back to their upright position, allowing for a quicker dry and a more aesthetically pleasing look. A powerful air mover is also used to speed up the drying process.
Upholstery Cleaning
We use professional machinery and equipment that will bring a new lease of life to your upholstery. We use solutions that are not only non-hazardous to humans, animals and the environment, but also enable us to achieve best result for your sofa, whilst ensuring they are left in a naturalised, safe and stable state.
Our process is similar to that of our carpet cleaning and always starts with a thorough vacuum before any extraction is performed. We then pre-spray and agitate any stains or spots with one or as many required from of our variety of brushing equipment. Once our preparation work is done, only then do we extract.
Our machines and method picks up the majority of the moisture in the extraction process, however we use an air mover and a heat blower to speed up the drying process, meaning you can be enjoying on your newly cleaned sofa sooner.

We have seen an ever growing need for customers needing their car interior cleaning to a higher level than a standard vacuum cleaner or roadside cleaning service would produce. Whether it be a family car, a pet car or both, we will ensure your car is back to it’s best.
Our machines allow for precision power so that we are able to clean even the most delicate of materials without damage.
For seats other than leather, our process is similar to that of our carpet & upholstery cleaning and always starts with a thorough vacuum before any extraction is performed. We then pre-spray and agitate any stains or spots with one or as many required from of our variety of brushing equipment. Once our preparation work is done, only then do we extract.

Vehicle Exterior
Vehicle Exterior
Our Vehicle Exterior add on provides a complete package for your vehicle and will leave the outside gleaming as much as the inside.
We use a 3 stage method with non caustic solutions so that your vehicle is left looking showroom clean.
Step 1 – Pre-Spray Blast
First, we pressure spray foam to the exterior bodywork of your vehicle and leave for up to 10 minutes. This removes the top layer of dirt prior to the wash and prevents swirl marks in the next stage.
Step 2 – Wash
We then pressure spray on a wash and wax shampoo to the exterior bodywork of your vehicle and agitate the thick foam with a wash mitt.
Step 3 – Seal
While the car is still wet apply Polar Seal with a pressure wash and foam cannon for best results. We leave to sit for a few minutes and then rinse off with water. This stage reduces drying time dramatically and leaves your vehicle with a perfect wax-like finish.
