I have recently been under a tremendous amount of pressure recently with life issues including a recent bereavement. This has been affecting my ability to live a full life.
Simona offered a way to potentially help with these issues - breathing exercise sessions.
I'll admit that I was skeptical but as she described the process and the benefits with such knowledge and passion I was happy to try it out.
Well, I wasn't disappointed. The session was a revelation. Simona was highly professional in her approach, initially outlining the process, discussing the benefits of the treatment, and making sure I was happy and what sort of things I had concerns about.
I would highly recommend Simona and her range of services. She shows great empathy and awareness of your needs and made me feel secure and comfortable.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet provides essential nutrients that the body requires in order to achieve great functioning and performance throughout the day, and not last to help the individual sleep well (that's when the body recovers and heals). Therefore, eat healthy if you want to have the energy to enjoy your life!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Everyone is different and when it comes to Personal Training there isn't a one size fits all formula! Listening to my clients is key in being able to respond to their needs and structure my sessions accordingly. The more I know about them (i.e lifestyle, preferences, eating habits, stress levels, injuries, illnesses, etc) the more I can help. We form a bond, a connection that allows my clients to feel safe, relax, and be motivated.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Feeling motivated - that's the answer. If I get my client motivated not just throughout the sessions but throughout the day, then he/she stands a chance of getting the body of their dreams. Motivation gives the person the energy to engage, to want to know more, and discover more about himself/herself. The "body of your dreams" is the best version of you. If my client is keen on this, I will gladly show him/her what it takes. It isn't that hard but it needs motivation followed by commitment, openness, and curiosity.

I love how it transforms people's lives for the better and I feel so fulfilled by it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The joy of sharing my experience and knowledge, going through thick and thin with my clients, and being part of their transformation...

Yes. All services are available on Zoom and when requested/needed I travel to reach my clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The studio is being used exclusively for one client at a time and all equipment is disinfected before and after the session.
