Exceptional training and advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Recommended to anyone who is tired of "genero-gym" or the latest exercise fad (and has the injuries to prove it, as they also fix those!)

Love Studio 41, their super talented and knowledgeable trainers and the classes they have. Functional training is the way to go now building strength, doing cardio and stretching muscles all at once! This is proper hardcore but suitable for all levels! And the cherry on the top are hypos, pilates, dance and yoga! Can't recommend it enough! Well done to the whole team! More...

First week, following a postnatal course with Marie, as a member and can honestly say it's been fantastic. 5 classes later and ive already lost inches and pounds! The instructors have all been amazing; supportive and just the right mix of fun to make me feel like I've had a giggle whilst working out. Through being part of Studio 41 I have experienced big changes in my life. In the nearly 3 years I have been with Marie and Johny and at the studio I have lost nearly 3 dress sizes and maintained my shape and I have embarked on a personal journey that has manefested greater confidence and self belief.
Studio 41 are very dedicated to their members and those who are committed to the changes and improvements they seek. They put a great deal of effort and thought in to bringing us a constantly changing, motivational timetable that suits a wide range of members with differing commitments. All the classes are taught with such energy, dedication and expertise they are such fun to attend. Studio 41 are always bringing added value to the members in the way of nutritional advice, detox's and Facebook community pages where we can link up and chat about nutrition and fitness. I've started at studio 41 with restaurative hyppopressive after my second child and was amazed with the results. I then made one of the best decision of my life and took their 16 weeks transformation, and the results are amazing. The perfect balance of coaching and exercise. They create a safe group and ensure that individual achieve their own personal target. I am still amazed by my results, they are so much more than I was expected. I was sceptical but in the few weeks I have gone I have been converted and absolutely love this place. Jonny knows his stuff inside out and you get results. I have been a member of numerous gyms but none came close to giving me the intensity of workout I get from Studio 41. I am not athletic or fit but found classes welcoming for all abilities and not at all intimidating to go to; they are instead engaging, motivating and almost addictive. Fantastic Gym! Not your standard, faceless, dumbbell, crunches place. This is about classes with kettle bells and bulgarian bags (I didn't know what they were either! ) that have made me stronger and fitter than I have ever been, in less time than I could have imagined.
