We had a challenge to find and purchase a house in a very short time period, involving a lot of international telephones calls, and a tight viewing timetable. The agent Will, supported by the whole Norwich office team, was swift and professional and helpful, acting as agent and intermediary between the vendor and us. From start to finish, we were provided with a fabulous and faultless service by Ian Burnaby-Parsons of the Norwich office. Ian would consistently ensure that we were updated on any progress. The Norwich team represented me in selling my cottage in North Norfolk. From start to finish they were professional, helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to provide an excellent service.
