I joined Strictly Fit last November for the Pilates class as i had some weakness left after sciatica i enjoyed the class so much that i decided to attempt the January Kickstart. I didn’t expect to be able to finish it but with Julie’s dedication, motivation and her friendliness i am happy to say i’ve just completed the challenge and feel so much more energised and have noticed the difference in my strength and fitness level. I joined for January Kickstart and it was brilliant I honestly didn’t think I would complete it all but I did with I think only missing about 3 out of the 20 classes. I can feel the difference which is why I have signed up for the February challenge. The encouraging ‘come on gang’ ‘we got this gang’ is definitely what has given me the commitment to continue.
