What do you love most about your job?
Being part of the success/growth of other peoples companies is really something special. People take big risks setting up companies and launching new products and services and being trusted to be part of that is very rewarding. Plus - we get to hire amazing staff and give them amazing work. Seeing the rewards of our hard work in the flesh is amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
James Rix (CEO) - My grandad had his own firm and I think it was just in my blood. After running an exciting and successful events company it made sense for me to get involved in experiential marketing, leaflet distribution and other activities that for years we had been excelling in our self and providing it as a service for other people. We are now part of Crowdify which has lots of little branches like Street PR, and Blue Social.
