I’ve enjoyed all Tig’s food for a long time at various public events & as takeaways. I recently has him cater for my 50th birthday party (Sri Lanken curries). Well. Firstly he was a delight to deal with, from menu ideas through to fitting in with my venue & its various restrictions. But far more importantly, all my guests absolutely raved about the food, they honestly can’t stop talking about. Every message I’ve had since the party mentions it. We tried the Valentines Thai special last night & found it exceptionally tasty. We both especially loved the aubergine & pineapple curry and the salad was so fragrant and complimented the dishes. Such a colourful array of vegetables too! More...
