Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle, 'light touch' form of massage based on pumping, circular and spiral shaped movements, which encourage the lymph fluid to flow more freely around the body.
Classic Massage
It can help you relax, give you more energy, and may help after an injury.
It involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints.
This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension.
