OMG, this 'chic' knows pizza! We organised an event last summer and the client requested wood fired pizza! so after some ocd digging Wendy was suggested by many of my trusted contacts. The Pizza wagon was soooo cool, cant beat a classic airsteam trailer, and was a fittling masterpeice within the hotel grounds. pizza was served on time to all the guests, and brilliant reviews. look forward to seeing to in Jan for the next gig. All of our Pizzas. Especially the House Specials we use the finest Italian ingredience and we use local produce as much as possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion for what I enjoy I have worked within the food industry now for over 13 years. I am very passionate about Pizzas and creating the different flavours. We even do a dessert Pizza with Chocolate. My favourite one is the Duck, spring onion and Hon son Sauce. its so nice.
