We pride ourselves in providing a personal, bespoke client service.We are located in Shipston-on-Stour in Warwickshire, gateway to The Cotswolds and our clients are mainly based in Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. Our experience covers a variety of projects types including: residential (large and small), commercial buildings, community, care homes and education projects.
Clients can reap the benefits of our and combined Chartered Architects and landscape expertise which can be combined into designs taking a holistic approach. Between us, we have over 30 years experience in professional practice in both private and local authority.
Firstly, we will hold an initial consultation meeting, where we work together to establish your needs and objectives, ensuring these can be met within your budget.
We will then produce realistic sketch designs to meet your objectives.
We will then guide you through the often daunting planning process and Buildings Regulations process.
We will provide advice to help you appoint a competent builder.
Finally, will then oversee the building process to ensure you are happy during and after the construction period.
