What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked closely with people for over 20 years and realised quite often we hold ourselves back or get in our own way. I love helping people reach their true potential in life

I am friendly, enjoy having fun exploring our true potential and I am very professional. I am also highly qualified having studied psychology and psychotherapy and other related subjects at University of Newcastle, University of Reading, Henley Business School, University of Toronto and the Human Givens Institute

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am happy to work remotely over Zoom or Microsoft Teams. However I am also happy to work face to face if that is suitable and safe. My consultation room at my home is Covid safe
