We are a friendly, professional studio dedicated to offering garden design services across the North East of England.
With today’s increasingly hectic lifestyles and the prioritisation of green space more important than ever, we believe that a well designed garden is just as important as a well designed interior and our aim is to create beautiful, bespoke gardens that are tailored to each individual client and space.

Our garden project started with a large rectangular lawn and a very shaded paved area next to the house, neither of which added to our enjoyment of the garden. Having contacted Steve, he visited the garden and listened to our "wish list". Steve sent us a number of design proposals; we finally settled on one and moved on to planting plans. The final plans were highly detailed - ideal for the hard landscaping contractors - and the planting plans were beautiful! We faced some issues throughout the project (outside Steve's control) with shortages of materials and a nursery which supplied some incorrect plants but Steve was always available to help, advise and work patiently around the issues. We now have: a gravel/woodland garden area full of shade loving plants; new flower beds planted in beautiful colours; a rose arch; a wildlife pond and a raised seating area so we can see the Alnmouth coloured houses. Garden Design
We offer various garden design services that may range from simply putting together a planting design to inject some fresh ideas into a single border, or a full design for your entire garden. These designs can be presented with hand drawn sketches, plans, 3D drawings or even a specially made 3D ‘fly-through’ video to convey how your new garden might look. The plans and scaled construction details for landscape contractors to build from are also covered.
Our commissions range from suburban family gardens and urban courtyard spaces, through to larger country gardens and estates.
