You get good vibes from this business as soon as you walk in the door. Honest assessment of the problem, no attempt to sell you something you don't need. Very trustworthy and reasonable prices. £10 for diagnosis of motherboard problem In my case. Worked with Stephensons IT Support Solutions for around 5 years now, we are a small recruitment office and his services and support have been fantastic for us! Expert in his field and very helpful, always solved any IT issue we have had and is on hand a short notice too going above and beyond to assist- late night we had a hacked laptop and he managed to secure everything quickly providing immediate support. Not many experts charging such reasonable prices and offering such a personal and consistent service; I know I will never use anyone else for IT support. Very honest too, if something costs too much to repair compared to buying new, even though it means him not making any money he will always advise the best option for the customer. I would highly recommend this IT company. Having tried several people and companies previously and been very patient it is now apparent that in this field of expertise there is much "smoke & mirrors" in order to make things appear to be more complicated and expensive than it really should be.
