5 out of 5 just doesn’t seem high enough for this company. They have the highest professional standards but they treat you like family. We used this funeral directors for my Dads funeral and from the first telephone call to them dropping us back at Dads memorial reception, I simply cannot fault them. They have gone above and beyond to make sure every little detail is taken care of and have bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Vanessa was so lovely in listening to us and taking down all the details of what we wanted for Dad. She really was so supportive in all the organising. As for the actual day, Angie delivered a beautiful service and read out the Eulogy with such care and passion it was like she had known Dad for years even though she had never met him. Philip & the team looked after us and made sure everything went to plan on the day and I honestly can’t thank and recommend this funeral directors enough for making sure Dads goodbye was perfect.
