We decided to look out for a new morgage advisor as our previous choice company just kept making excuses & asking for the same stuff over and over again and in few months time didn’t event got us AIP.

Mags and her team were absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. After having poor experience with previous MA we felt like there is no chance to get a mortgage for us and were really cautious about getting involved with somebody else.
But calling Step By Step was the best decision we have made. We had our AIP in hand within 3 days of contacting Mags, found the property we wanted and submitted full application within a week. And today, after only 6 days (including weekend) we have our mortgage approved and now moved to conveyancing stage. Mags was always available when we needed her, even during unsociable hours. Leanne did a great job with putting our application together and keep us informed during every stage of the process. We are now in Leslies hands, who deals with solicitors, and I’m sure she will be as good as rest of the team.
So thank you again ladies, it was an outstanding experience.

I have to say Mags and team are by far the most lovely people I have ever dealt with! So friendly and so SO knowledgable! From the first moment I spoke to Mags on the phone o felt at ease and like I was in safe hands ... after a very rocky start with another broker I reached out to step by step in utter panic! But this was turned around to relief and confidence in under an hour! I went from believing We couldn’t get a mortgage to having an aip within a week and a formal offer in a month! Due to issues with the first property itself Mags then had to work with me again to secure a bigger mortgage on a more expensive property we had found. Again due to her huge knowledge and expertise we had an aip the same day and offer approved working TWO WEEKS!!! The girls in the office are amazing, huge thanks to both Leanne and Lesley! What do you love most about your job?
Helping the clients achieve their dream home. I too was a FTB once and the whole process seemed a minefield, i worked for an estate agent for 10 years so i know all there is to how you buy a house, get the house off the market straight away. We adore our job and our customers know we work hard to deliver.
What inspired you to start your own business?
