Easy - I believe everyone should have the opportunity to own their own home and helping them achieve is really rewarding.

I put the client at the heart of everything I do. Trust cant be bought, it has to be earnt and I quickly build trust through my actions, rather than my words.

Interestingly, this has very much changed during Covid. Previously, you would need to personally visit prospective buyers but we have now adapted to an online environment. I work through Microsoft Teams and Zoom so you can still get that personal service - I am big believer that seeing 'the whites of someone eyes' is key to building long term relationships.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As above really, I provide a 'full broke' Online, really getting to understand the DNA of each requirement to make sure rhe best possible advice is given.
