What can I say!! We married at Statham on Saturday, which was our 3rd date due to COVID cancellations. Throughout COVID, our dates were moved without fuss and without the horror stories of other venues. Our meeting with Hannah to finalise everything was so detailed and thorough, I just knew our day was going to be fantastic. Chris then took over and in the weeks approaching the wedding was quick to respond to all my queries, he was very helpful and informative. Then it was the day and I just cannot say enough to praise all of the staff. Professional, efficient, approachable and they did everything to help and make it the most wonderful day. Chris and Georgina were fantastic and are a credit to the hotel. If you’re considering this hotel for your wedding, don’t hesitate. It’s a beautiful intimate venue and the staff are first class. Earlier this year we got married at Statham Lodge (at a time when weddings were restricted to 15 people only and outdoor receptions). The venue was only allowed to open for weddings and not function as a hotel, meaning we couldn’t stay over on the wedding night. After the most magical day in April, we were presented with a letter from the owners inviting us to come back for a complimentary stay in the bridal suite (including dinner) on a date of our choosing. Stayed on business , stayed fir sons wedding and used to be my local when I worked down the lane , and it’s Georgian Charm has never failed to impress - understated class Hotel and venue, meeting rooms are well equipped for business meetings too. 10/10

Wow! We attended a wedding here in April 2021 and the venue was INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond to cater for vegan too, the food was incredible. All staff were extremely friendly and made it a day to remember. They set up a beautiful fire pit area for the evening too, and every detail was thought of from marshmallows to blankets.
