Sandra is doing her job with a great commitment. Very detailed develops a nutrition program for each client to further improve their daily routine.

Esmu priecīga, ka ir iespēja ar Sandru sadarboties, jo viņas sniegtie padomi izskaidrojami un saprotami pat dažādu vecumu cilvēkiem. Sandra savu darbu pilda ar lielu pienākuma apziņu. Ļoti detalizēti izstrādā katram klientam uztura programmu, kas palīdz turpmāk uzlabot ikdienas gaitas. For a while I had a problem with sleep, stress, weight, and meals in general. I went to all kind of doctors who told me I should sleep more or stress less or eat healthier, but not really answering the question: ’’ Where to start? ’’ I was listening to all kind of people who started to tell me cut out almost everything, you don’t need that, you don’t need potatoes, eat only vegetables, cut out milk and bread, cut out everything that’s bad. And I felt terrible. All I could eat were only vegetables and a chicken? Who can eat the same kind of food 3 times a day? So, I didn’t do it. And nothing got better. And then Sandra came into my life. She told me that we will start slowly. For a time, she followed my meals. Told me to fill out all kind of forms and vitamin test, because sometimes all the problems hide in nutritional deficiencies. So turned out I had a lack of nutrients and a lot of other stuff, and that was bad. But Sandra was supportive. She helped me find the nutrients that I needed. Told me to try to eat some foods less (example cheese). But on my ‘’cheat day’’ I could eat whatever my heart wanted and that made me appreciate some meals even more and some meals made me realize - I don’t need them, because they were only filling the void. Eventually I realized that I’m getting better with my situation with sleep and stress, I’m losing heathy amount of my weight step by step. And I feel more happier and healthier thanks to her. What I loved the most was, that Sandra understands that not everyone is the same, so she tried to find ways to connect and help and is doing everything in her power to achieve one goal at the time. The inspiration to start my own business came from my style of working.
- I like to take as much time as needed to help a client achieve results;
- Everyone's unique and therefore has different needs, so "a one size fits all" approach doesn't belong in weight correction and health improvement;
- I'm using different methods which are scientifically proven to work;
- I value independence and managing my own day and workload;
- Last but not least, I love to help people improve their health and therefore lives. By having my own business I can fully commit to my clients, use various strategies to get results.

Start Over with SO’s aim is to provide personalised insights about your nutritional status, it’s correlating effects on health (general health, mood, stress, fitness, weight, sleep, etc.), using scientifically proven methods and set out a simple yet effective action plan to reach your health goals.
One’s mindset, thoughts and attitudes can have collosal impact on our health and wellbeing. So is learning how mindfulness can help us with self awareness and therefore the decisions we are making about our “health promoting or sabotaging” behaviour.

With the aim to equip you with the knowledge you can implement in your personal life and take back control over your health to improve your well-being, I will need you to be fully involved in the process but don’t worry- it will be one easy step at a time! As B.Franklin once said: “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn”.

I provide my services either face to face (West Midlands), via Zoom, or a phone call, whatever feels more comfortable for the client.

Due to Covid-19 as well as for convenience, consultations are taking place online on a weekly basis.

Our body is thriving if:
* we eat well & our macro & micronutrient needs are met through a balanced diet,
* we are active and possess a positive attitude & mindset,
* we sleep well & stress very little.
Unfortunately, the modern times have come not only with upsides alone. The lack of work-life balance, exhausting "hamster in the wheel" daily routine is leaving most of us stressed out, overworked and burnt out with little to no energy for personal growth and transformation.
Improving your diet through a personalised dietary supplement plan can often have positive long-term effects in chronic health issues, your natural feelings of wellbeing and youthful energy, as well as your stress levels. It is a great way to optimise your health.

This programme consists of thorough assessments:
1. Symptom analysis (Vitamin, Mineral, Essential fatty acid profile).
2. Wellness analysis (Energy, stress, exercise, immune, pollution/environmental load, cardiovascular evaluations, female health, age checks).
3. Diet evaluation (fundamental to good health).
4. Toxicity evaluation (to make sure the natural detoxification pathways are not overloaded).
5. Antioxidant evaluation (to assess your antioxidant capacity and an action plan should the result require us to do so with strategies and your action steps to boost your antioxidant protection).
6. Should sleep and/or stress be an issue, we will address it at this step.
7. Vitamin and mineral absorption, intake suggestions (promoters, adversaries, etc.)
8. At this point you will have your personalised supplement plan and other recommendations regarding diet and so forth.
