Rachael and Star financial have been amazing throughout our whole mortgage/house buying process. She was recommended to us through a local estate agent and we are both glad we agreed. It took a lot of the stress of finding a bank etc off us which was a massive relief. We came across a few problems along the way due to different things but Rachael dealt with all of these and always kept us up to date. We received a fantastic service from Rachael, who secured us a mortgage on our first home. Nothing was too much for Rachael, she was on the end of the phone when we needed her and even dealt with chasing and any issues herself. She had a good relationship with the estate agents and kept on top of everything from start to finish. She even managed to secure us a mortgage before my husband had even started his new job! The financial advice alone was worth going with Rachael, as she showed us how to improve our credit ratings to secure the best mortgage.
