Wow, wow, wow! I can honestly say out of the whole of my wedding this part was far the easiest! From the first glance at photos of Stages & Phases I knew straight away I would hire them! It was honestly a pleasure working with Elke, from late nights texts, early morning phone calls. Nothing is too much for these people! Everything was sorted and a huge weight off my mind knowing everything was going to be perfect! I couldn't have been more correct! The venue was exquisite, the small and detailed touches were so perfect and really made the day! Elke gave an amazing service due to picking up the gorgeous bouquet that she made for my sister inlaws engagement.. Elke went out if her way and room the bouquet to her home as there was a major incident with the traffic so my husband and I were able to pick it up whenever without any pressure. .. Elke and team at Stages and Phases has been phenomenal! Her work is meticulous. Our guests were stunned looking at the decor of the room. She is very professional; always mindful of our budget and giving us plenty of options along the way. I just gave her my idea of what I imagined to have for my sons first birthday but she has given even more than that. I just don’t know where to start with Stages & Phases as if I’m honest I’m still in awe of what they created for our wedding in April this year, the whole planning process was so easy with Elke, she has a gift of vision for beautiful decor and flowers and she is such a Lovely lady who i’d like to keep in touch with. I always felt confident before the wedding she would do a great job, and above all you knew she really cared about your day! Then on the actual wedding day she blew my socks off! Stages and Phases were fantastic. I requested the use of their services for my wedding reception. They paid great attention to detail and provided me with everything that I requested. They decorated the hall with quality decorations, they were on time, answered all of my queries without delay and they even delivered my wedding bouquet and button holes on the morning of my wedding. Stages and phases by far is the best decorator I’ve encountered. Elke was so patient and paid attention to all details. We were very impressed with Elke and Ken understanding our decor needs for our big wedding day. They managed to elevate and transform the venue to very high standards with top class knotch decor detail. I fell in love with the decor because you could tell they paid attention to the detail. Simplicity and elegance at its best.

Our ongoing correspondence prior to the big day meant that I did not need to worry at all as all my needs were met. Elke constantly put me at ease, knowing that all was under control and this was true to her word.
Stages and Phases are very kind to work with and would highly recommend them. They understand their customer needs 100% to make sure you are happy with the service provided.
My bouquet of flowers for the day were so beautiful, I could not bring myself to part with them.
