We are a family well run business. Been in business now for over 6years. We are friendly and enthusiastic our staffs are all NVQ trained. If you would like a confidential conversation about your next steps, feel free to call us, we are very approachable. And a responsive business. Try us and you will notice we are different from others.
We hope to remain in business for more years to come.

We can do but at an extra little cost. We do bring our own equipment provided the customer request this. We would ring the client to find out their requirement to ascertain if they can provide the equipment or are in need of ours. These are in a situation of one off sprint cleaning, New tenancy cleaning etc. But regular 2-3 days cleaning a week, we would not be able to provide cleaning equipment's. Please ring us to find out further.

Review given to us by all those we have served. The fact we look after vulnerable people in the community and they get satisfaction from the services we provide. Our hard working staffs are DBS checks, NVQ trained and are experienced in their job. their contributions to the success of this project is relentless. I am proud of our staff and their overall contributions.
I love the fact that no two days are the same. We are involved with people who need our services and we get many referrals from every satisfied customer who eventually passed on to others and the chains goes on. Customers satisfaction is highly on our agenda.

We are defined by what we do. We are fulfilled when the client is satisfied. I was working 9-5 many years with various employers in the past. Even though I gave 100% of my effort to working for them. I realised that all efforts are never appreciated and not even a thank you very much was said. To them as long as wages are paid you should be contented with that wages. So i thought to myself what of if used all that energy towards building excellent and creative images for myself and give the would be customers greater satisfaction which weren't appreciated elsewhere.

We are very responsive. And we cover services even at a short notice. From conversation on the phone the clients will realised that there is a difference. We would create and ongoing customer review for them to rate us and would be in constant contact with them should they need us in the future. What we are doing is not for an immediate reward but creating a future continuity to encourage more business leads and recommendation to more customers.

Our services are provided in the client's home. We do not services online because Domiciliary services or cleaning services can never be provided online. We could however encourage customers to reach us online through online bookings. These are the thing we are working towards in the future. We are working towards having an online presence for the business where request for services can be done online.

We provide staffs with all necessary PPE needed for enable them to do their job diligently to the client's satisfaction. We ask from the client if they are Covid-19 patient. some of our training is to train staffs to be covid aware. Covid awareness and training are done by all staffs in order to protect the customers and the staff. It is a legal requirements to have proper staff training on covid-19.

We work all weekdays and weekends.
