Stacey was recommended to my by my dress supplier in 2018! After numerous rearrangements due to covid, In 2021, Stacey accommodated me and my bridesmaids so openly for dress alterations. Stacey was so approachable and I was in awe of her knowledge. Nothing was ever too much trouble to rearrange fittings or to alter the 6 dresses! Stacey ensured each time that we felt comfortable with the proposed alterations and on going back each time, Stacey was always happy to accommodate more changes - nothing was ever too much. My dress was taken in a couple of times, beading taken off and put back on (you’d never know!) to put a soft backing on my straps so They didn’t rub me and the length underneath slightly taken up. Stacey was absolutely faultless in all the alterations for my wedding. She had hand sewn the embroidery for my veil from the spare beading from my dress and even perfectly scaled down my son’s waistcoat from an adult size to a 3 year old. Her workspace is perfect and Stacey herself is the sweetest person, so helpful and accommodating taking on extra last minute alterations and had everything ready in good time. Nothing was too much for her and she has excellent knowledge on how best to alter your dress for comfort. She even altered one of my bridesmaid’s dresses by copying a different dress as my friend could not make the appointment. Stacey couldn't have done any more to make me feel special and feel like my dress was in very safe hands. Our middle fitting ensured that my dress was going to fit perfectly and Stacey was so helpful and just so lovely! Stacey really did make my wedding dress completely unique and just so beautiful. Her work was seamless- excuse the pun and beautifully done! She also made time to show my Mum and Maid of Honour how to tie up my newly fitted bustle and didn't make us feel silly or like we were being a hassle! I could not recommend Stacey enough!! More...

Stacey is not only one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet but she is so very talented! I had a nightmare with my dress. I’d brought it 2 years ago when sadly our wedding day was postponed twice. I was then due to be getting married 6 weeks after having a baby. Once our daughter was born I’d taken my dress to be altered. Unfortunately this just ended up in a disaster. That was until Stacey saved the day! Despite being fully booked and with only 2 weeks before the wedding, she insisted on helping me. She replaced the whole back to my dress and turned it back into the dress I originally fell in love with! She even adjusted it slightly to make it more comfortable and easier to breastfeed in!
