Hi, we are a small independant restaurant in GX Hyde, called Stables. We have being forced to close due to covid since march and not possible to social distance and make a profit. We are now promoting our outside catering services. We specialize in buffets, sit down meals to wedding parties, canape parties, garden BBQ's or just a drop off hot, or cold buffets.

We dined here last night and can't wait to return! We had the beef bon bons and cheese soufflé for starter and then the Rib eye steak . ..oh my god it was divine! It melted in your mouth. Wow wow wow!!! had the Mother’s Day special take out meal today. It was the best meal Iv eaten at home ever! Such a fantastic set up! Super large portion and tasted amazing. Ordered a dine for 2 as a surprise lockdown treat for my parents...they absolutely loved it...they told me the quality of the food provided was of restaurant quality (which is very rare with a takeaway from other places). ..I got a text from them after each course saying how tasty the course was...it made me so jealous lol so next time I’ll be ordering one for us and them lol...my mum has already told her friends about it and one of them has already contacted you about ordering one...thank you for making my parents smile during this period where there isn’t much to smile about...🥰 More...

We visited for the first time today and it was incredible! The starters were amazing and the main was the best roast dinner I’ve ever had (don’t tell my mum). Last night we had Tim & Michelle here working their magic doing their bespoke dinner party for us. There were 4 of us and it was for the 60th birthday of 2 of us. I was a bit nervous and unsure of how it would work. All I can say is it was fabulous. The food was superb (wouldn’t expect anything else from Tim), it really exceeded all my expectation and was worth every penny. Michele took care of us brilliantly. They left the kitchen gleaming. I have had 3 of the the most amazing dine for 2 boxes from Tim and Michelle. Wow is all I can say, from the presentation of how the boxes are put together with preparation instructions. ..and then the taste and quality of the ingredients. I have been to many restaurants and never tasted food like this. I haven't been to eat inside the restaurant but when the Stables re-open I will be there on their opening night. Great shame the dine for 2 ends next week all I can say to everyone get yourself a dine for 2 box in the last week and most importantly get yourself a table booked.
