Steve has just painted my flat and has done an excellent job. Some walls had been wallpapered and sockets and lights had been changed so there was a lot of repair work to do. Steve’s work is of the highest quality. He works non stop from the time he starts not even stopping for lunch. He was a great help in choosing the colour scheme for our utility room. Steve got some small pots of paint to try our original choices and none of them worked. So we decided to go for a bolder colour which is just right for the south facing, sunny room.Steve is a perfectionist, applying additional coats of paint where he wasn’t happy with the coverage. ST maintenance have just finished doing my bedroom and kitchen and I'm absolutely delighted with their workmanship, highly skilled, reliable and very clean, what more could I ask for, so pleased with the work, I can highly recommend.

I used ST Maintenance services for a complete refurb of my house, all my anaglypta wallpaper was removed , the walls lined and painted as well as all my ceilings and all of the woodwork.
