Unfortunately I can't give lower than 1 star. I have been a carer for years and decided to join SSA. Do not work for these people. . I worked there a month and a half and not only are some of the staff disgusting people but the company themselves don't care (they even broke a law or two with me). Under staffed and taking on more clients than they can handle. The clients themselves are lovely and were upset to see me go and were considering leaving the service themselves. This company will sweet talk you and make everything sound great but you will soon learn what's wrong with this place if you are a good carer and know the law! More...

Horrible place to work, as I know a few people who also worked here and left because of the extreme circumstances. Managers are so incapable and i would not recommend working here after seeing a few people work here! !! I think some of these staff need to take action and maybe file grievance . I have been an employee for SSA previously, and i can highly recommend them as an employer, they are very flexible and approachable unlike some employers! The office staff always went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied and always encouraged staffs career development. My only regret was having to leave due to personal circumstances. More...
