SR Cloud Solutions migrated our entire infrastructure from our on premise servers into the SR Cloud Enterprise Hosting Solution. This included setting up a new Citrix environment, migration of our business line of applications, migration to O365 hosted exchange, and decommissioning of our server room and equipment. SR also took over as our new IT Managed Services Provider. The work was carried out very efficiently and was fully project managed, migration occurred over a weekend and all services were up and running Monday morning for our staff. Our security was also enhanced and we have Cyber Security essentials and are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. Surprisingly our business line of applications actually run much faster hosted in the SR Enterprise Cloud than they previously did when locally hosted in our on premise server room. After 12 months use I can confirm our new IT services are incredibly stable, and our support tickets now average 1 ticket per month for user support. What do you love most about your job?
Providing customers with IT services that help them to streamline and improve their business processes though the use of the best technologies available within their price range.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business partner and I were tired of working for MSP's that were solely focused around maximising profits, we found this would often lead to the over selling of solutions that did not fulfil their clients requirements.
We wanted to do things differently, with our business focus being the delivery of technical solutions that are designed around and to enable our clients to achieve their business goals and ambitions.
Why should our clients choose you?
We decided to setup our own business that was focused and built on technical expertise rather than being sales lead and sales driven so that Technical Solutions were sold on merit not on profit margin.
Our clients main contact is with a Technical Solutions Architect who is qualified in the IT field they are assisting the client with, not with a sales person who, in our experience is focused on making sales to hit end of month targets for sales commission. This also means that we do not have to pay commission overhead to a sales person thus reducing costs to the client.
The Technical Solutions Architect then works on the clients project from start to finish of the project, and becomes the lead project engineer delivering the project for the client following sign off and approval. This ensures continuity for project delivery being of the highest level for the client in an efficient and effective manner.
All of our projects are fully project managed by Prince 2 qualified project managers and delivered by qualified, experienced engineers.
