We carried out a full end of tenancy clean on the property. When the landlords told me they were not quite happy with the results I personally went back to clean some dirty finger marks off the walls, which was done whist they were in the property. We then walled around the property and I made sure they were happy with everything else. Their only other complaint was the stains on the carpets, which I explained to you on arrival were not guaranteed to come out. We are professional cleaners, not miracle workers! If you allow new carpets to become that stained you must take responsibility.

This is the second time we’ve used Vicki for a deep clean of our house after the builders left. Vicki did a really good job and we were delighted with the results! She has always been very professional and helpful. We have booked already for a pre Xmas clean! Can’t recommend highly enough! More...

She did the job. Reluctantly. After telling me my house was too dirty and wanted more money for an end of tenancy clean. When I queried what made it so bad (it wasn’t) she “lol’d” me and replied so unprofessionally I was shocked. As I said she did the job and my landlord hasn’t complained but talking to customers like that was shocking especially as I was quoted more from her than two other companies. I’m really desperately sorry. My Father died very suddenly that morning so i had to drop everyting. It was totally wrong that no one contacted you to let you know.

I was let down by Vicki and her team. I booked a deep clean for Friday 30/4 following a house move. I phoned Vicki the day before to check everything was ok, but on the day she text me to say she was "stuck in traffic" and 2 hours later cancelled the job. I would not recommend using Squeaky Clean, totally unprofessional . More...
