I provide tailored accounting services, supporting you via Xero accounting software and using my extensive tax and commercial experience to help your business operate effectively and efficienty to encourage improved cashflow, profitability and growth

Anyone can call themselves an accountant these days. However, you have to look hard to find a great accountant. A great accountant has the knowledge and experience to think far beyond the books, looking at both your future and your past to improve your life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love receiving great Spur Support Services Ltd feedback on Trustpilot. I put my heart and soul into helping people with their tax and accounting challenges, it is so satisfying when you realise how much my help means to my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in large business for 20 years, after 10 years in small practice and I simply wanted to share my knowledge with more businesses. HMRC wants businesses of all sizes to manage all taxes proactively and I wanted to help more businesses take those steps into a brighter future.

I am a unique mix of commercial experience and tax expertise, which means that I think problems through from the perspective of the business owners and operational reality. I think beyond the books.

I provide my services primarily remotely, communicating by email, text and Loom videos to help clients with their tax and accounting throughout the year. Remember an accountant is not just for Christmas!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As my services are generally online, I keep my customers safe by remaining online. Xero accounting software and associated apps are perfect for online monitoring, control and support, which minimises the need for face to face interaction.
